2. Subscription Plan Refunds

2.1 Annual Subscription Plans

Professional Plan (Annual)

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: Available for unused months if cancelled after 30 days
  • Minimum Usage: Refunds not available if account shows significant platform usage

Enterprise Plan (Annual)

  • Custom Terms: Refund terms negotiated as part of enterprise agreement
  • Minimum Commitment: Typically includes 12-month minimum commitment
  • Early Termination: May incur early termination fees as per agreement

2.2 Monthly Subscription Plans

All Monthly Plans

  • No Refunds: Monthly plans are generally non-refundable
  • Immediate Cancellation: Cancel anytime to avoid next month's charge
  • Grace Period: 48-hour grace period for accidental upgrades

2.3 Free Trial Periods

  • 14-day free trial available for Professional plans
  • No charges during trial period
  • Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
  • Automatic conversion to paid plan after trial ends

3. Campaign Payment Refunds

3.1 Escrow Protection

All campaign payments are protected by our escrow system:

  • Funds held securely until campaign completion
  • Automatic release upon successful deliverable approval
  • Dispute protection for both brands and influencers
  • Full refund if influencer fails to deliver agreed content

3.2 Valid Refund Scenarios

Non-Delivery

Full refund if influencer fails to deliver content within agreed timeframe

Quality Issues

Partial or full refund if deliverables don't meet specified requirements

Policy Violations

Full refund if influencer violates platform or advertising policies

Mutual Agreement

Refund amount agreed upon by both parties

3.3 Campaign Cancellation by Brands

  • Before Acceptance: Full refund, no fees
  • After Acceptance, Before Work Begins: 90% refund (10% cancellation fee)
  • After Work Begins: Payment for completed work + cancellation fee
  • After Delivery: No refund unless quality issues proven

6. Cancellation Policy

6.2 Cancellation Effects

Immediate Effects

  • Access continues until current billing period ends

  • Data retained according to retention policy

6.3 Reactivation

Cancelled accounts can be reactivated anytime by:

  • Selecting a new subscription plan
  • Previous settings and data will be restored
  • No reactivation fees apply

7. Dispute Resolution
